my pics and what im doing

here is a link to some pics of me. http://www.picjar.com/pub/jdmkolbi/

I have finally decided that im goin to do alot of cardio and some compound excercises because i have such a high bodyfat%. here is what I am doing

monday: bent over row and weighted pullups, 15 minutes cardio

tuesday: 45 minutes cardio

wednesday: weighted dips and military press, 15 minutes cardio

thursday: 45 minutes cardio

friday: squats and deadlifts, 15 minutes cardio

saturday and sunday: off

i do 5x5 each excercise.

does this sound like it could work? My goal is to lose bodyfat while maintaining muscle. When im down to a good % i will start lifting more and just a little cardio to try and maintain my BF%.

I personally like a little moe variety, but if you are only going to use 6 exercises, those are very good choices. Good luck squatting and deadlifting on the same day! That sounds a bit excessive.

More weights and less cardio. What kind of rep-range are you using for each of your exercises?

even when im more into cutting i need more weights? and what would be better for deadlifts and squats? I was trying to focus on one muscle group/area per day so i dont know how I should split it up and what i shoudl do on each day.

Nothing wrong with squats, it would just be hell on your legs to do them on the same day. Use squats on your leg day and the deads on back day, though your still gonna feel it in your legs.
