the 1992 is when i first started: 125lbs, 5% bodyfat, 12" arms, 10" calves, 34" chest. classic ectomorph.
best i ever got was 180lbs, 10% bodyfat, 15" arms and calves, 40" chest.
training then took a backslide and i got up to 200lbs, 26% bodyfat. you ever saw a fat ectomorph? it aint pretty!!!!!
then got down to 160lbs, 15% bodyfat but had by then lost just about all of my gains.
the 2003 pics i'm at 172lbs, 14.5% bodyfat with 14" arms and calves and a 38.75" chest.
i sorry for the poor quality in the 2003 pics. they were taken with a 13 year old polaroid camera. the lights are too bright and i'm too white but its the best i can do right now.
