Okay well i figured it was about time i posted here again and i figured why not put up new pictures. Well before taking these pictures i was feeling quite pleased with my progress, but after seeing them come out I'm a little discouraged ... this is about 2-3 months working out between "me" and "stage1" any tips/suggestions would help a lot... Oh my stats are 5-5 about 120lbs 16 if you need more just ask
it looks as though your arms are laggig behind a bit. your body seems to wide for your arms to me. you also lost your abs a bit. however, you look bigger than 120 pounds. you have more mass than i expected for 120 pounds so not bad.
well the first set of pictures was pre-wrestling season i was about 112 i then cut about 8lbs and then over the last 2 months ive been working out to get back what ive lost right now i think im just under 120. As for goals i just want to get huge/stronger mostly bigger chest/arms my chest has always been my weak spot and now my arms have started to lag behind everything else i guess.
well basically just do a wellrounded workout and feed your body properly like cursor sain, that should be best. my arms are a bit lagging too but i wouldn't recommend concentrating on them. jsut get everything bigger and then once you're to a real good size tehn you can start to focus on weak spots. just work on everything equally for now.
