My progress? after 2 months

Guys,
I posted these photos so you could critque them. The 1st was taken about 3 weeks into November and the 2nd was taken today. After viewing them I'm convinced I made some noticeable progress, (I know I've gotten stronger and gained about 8lbs.) but I'd like to get some input from you good people. After a 2 year absence, I've been going to the Gym faithfully for a little over 2 months. I was doing a full body workout 3 days a week , but recently switched to a 3 day split and cardio on the odd days. I've been taking Kre-alkalyn for most of that period and I recently started taking Glutamine as well. I will discontine the Kre-alkalyn (at least for a while) in a few weeks when it's gone. BTW, I'm 46, 5'7 and my starting weight was about 148 and currently about 156. Thanks!

Your chest really blew up in the 2nd picture. Noticable progress no doubt, good job.

Yeah, pictures are great for pointing out stuff. That is why it is good to keep taking them. Great job!

Thanks folks,
That's exactly what I was hoping to hear. Although I've been working my entire body, the most emphasis has been on my chest and legs as my I felt they were the most needy. I just don't want to look out of proportion. If everything grew as well as my arms, I'd be a monster by now! I'll probably post some more pics in the spring and hopefully by then I'll be more developed and also pretty cut.

Lookin' great! You've got substantial beef there -- arms, chest, plus you're looking pretty lean.

Thanks to you cursor and again to Lady C and DarRkAnGel as well. It's really a motivating factor to share my progress and read the comments from my fellow members here.
