My Start to a long journey


Here is a before and after pic. Before: 210lbs. Now: 170. Started last year in October. Did everything WRONG the first 2 months lost 40lbs in 1 month, got sick had to seek help and now i am better then ever, and on my way to building a decent body. Please critique my size and any pointers are wanted.

Go back now, JKDman, and try and Manage attachments for your first post in this thread and you shouldn't have any problem.

Having problems cursor. I can't attach the pics. They are small(16k).

You look like your in really good shape. JKD must be really helping you shape up. Allot of people dont realize how much martial arts can actually help improve posture and overall shape. When I started Karate I was such a bone rack. With perseverance and hard work you will reach your goal without failure. Just keep on training and you will see great results :thumbup:

Thanks workaholic. I train 6 days a week, i train hard. JKD is a great way to stay and/or get in shape. You have to be well- rounded to practice JKD.
