There are tabs for each day's workout.
They're not great, I'm not too good with using Excel, but they're workable.
I copied/pasted proper technique "tips" from another bodybuilding site with each exercise. During the rest periods, I re-read the tips to focus on keeping
proper form.
If anyone else is interested in the spreadsheets, or is Excel savy and wants to clean them up and post for everyone, please let me know.
