these pics didnt come out as good as I would have liked... the lighting wasn't great, especially the pics of my back, but then again, my back is my weakpoint, so it looks even worse.

You yourself know that you were more ripped in the previous pics because i think you were bulking up to this point right? Well anyways i see a good size increase in chest, lats, and arms great going man.

How old r u btw?

you have bulked well, i would say carry on bulking your bf is not as low as before but still very low, your at a stage where you can bulk quite a bit without worrying about cutting in till the very end, you got some good gains and you look like your startng to fill out with age too, carry on and by the time your 19 you will be massive

thanks.... i apreciate the compliments and criticisms.

I think my back needs the most work. I would also like to fill in my inner chest, but there's not much u can do specifically for that.

I think the older pictures were in better lighting, which may have made me look even more ripped than i really was, though i agree that i was more cut in the older pics.

It's obvious your first pics where taken without a flash, that makes your light source the light bulb on top of your head, which creates a nice shadow. Your after pics where taken with flash, and flash takes away volume out of everything.

My advice: try a natural source of lighting, stand close to a window, but don't let direct sunlight hit you. It makes muscles stand out more.

I do agree your back is falling behind, just do lots of wide grip pullups! But you're looking awsome man!

I supplement with ON Whey protein, TwinLab Ultra Fuel, and now i'm using creatine to bulk.

Ultra Fuel is just carbs, so i think its actually kind of a rip-off, but i couldn't get my hands on dextrose/maltodextrin anywhere else!
