New pic
Haven't put any up in a while, don't think I've changed much. Been on a program at school that I don't think is helping me too much, but I get to spend an extra 2 hours in school hanging out w/ a bunch of my friends in a gym so :

Stats...not sure on measurements, never bothered to get an accurate set of them
Lifts I was doing 230 on bench on my last max (months ago now..not sure currently, maxing out tomorrow in school.) Squat was 350. My deadlift is pitiful around 200 lbs, just started doing it a few weeks ago.
As for heavier...I need to weigh myself , I've been eating big (and not always necessarily on the good foods,) so I'm sure I've gained some weight. Noticed a little bit of fat, but not enough to cover my abs up and since I wont start "cutting" until summer-time I'm fairly happy w/ the overall shape I'm taking. It is way better than the shape I had at the beginning of the school year (was planning on cross-country so I was running miles upon miles a day, low-protein, low fat...low food diet which was bad.) I'm going to see if I can get my before pic (from sometime about a year and a half ago) from the people at my gym since it is on their computer, maybe I can email it to myself =)

Maxed out today. Bench was up to 240, squat at 365. Incline at 155, which is kind of pitiful. Messed my shoulder up on Monday lifting a box for my parents, kinda weird though since I didn't feel it at all on my bench, but a lot of pain just putting up 155 on the incline. I think I can get 170+ on a good day, gunna try to get something more accurate when I'm healed up. Also got in 20 pull-ups. Doing more on Thursday, but I think that is just the mile time and sit-ups in a minute. As I thought I really haven't improved a whole lot in the last 2 months since I came back from being sick, but least I'm getting to hang out w/ my friends while I work out and do something I enjoy in school. Only thing that really bothers me is we don't do any deadlifts. I think I'm going to just set aside my own personal back-day outside of school to get in my deadlift and other back excercises since we don't do a great amount in class.

Here are some previous pics. I posted some from this summer there, and then down the line and on the next page there are a few from december as well. I'm a very...white person during the winter, so if I look like a ghost oh well =)
