you might also try some circuit training with some moderate weight as whole workout. instead of lifting AND doing cardio do a long intese circuit one day of your cycle.

Hmmm for the circuit would a good idea be supersetting? If you could i'd like an example of a good circuit. This is my current routine which i usually follow:
Monday – Biceps/Triceps/Traps
Tuesday – Abs/Legs
Wednesday – Chest, Lats, Biceps
Thursday – Triceps/Traps
Friday – Abs/Legs
Saturday – Lats/Chest
Sunday - Rest

Yea i know i need work on my quads the prob is i can't squat unless i am at a gym. I can just use 2 35 pound free weights but that doesn't do much until i am like on the 20th + squat. (im 5'10 btw)

When the squat racks where being used in my local gym, I tried some Dumbell Squates. Just grab some really heavy weights (In my opinion, you are much stronger than some 35ers) and do some squates with the weights at your side. I was quiet surprised with the pump it gave me, had me gaspin in the end.

Yup very true, and you'll also feel it in your traps doing dumbbell squats.
