Well here they are finally.

These were taken at a friends house with a crappy webcam but you get the point...

How tall are you and how much do you weigh? You have a good full c going on a d-cup, and some serious back fat too. You say your arms are 16" plus, but I doubt that seriously. They look like 14" max. Even with all that fat your packing. This is my honest critique so don’t take it the wrong way.

Gohan my arms are most definetely not 14 even with all the fat im packing. I dont actually have too much back fat... love handles yes. About the chest i actually lost fat on my chest. I don't know what impression u got but my chest since last time is much better.

Im 5"10, 215 pounds now, was 220 in the pics i think.

If you want me to prove my arms are 16 inches i will use a measuring tape and show you.

EDIT:
Granted i do need to lose some bodyfat which i have begun to work on since last week i definetely do not have c-cups gohan.

However you choose to workout, dietary control is key in both losing fat and in gaining muscle mass. While I don't see a meal plan here, I'd suggest that some serious attention at honing your food volume and balance will buy you some serious improvement.

Best of luck in your continued fitness efforts.

Have to disagree with you here Gohan, I think you have a tendancy to judge member's pictures on shape rather than actual size. Remember that a lot of the time, shape gives the illusion of size, that's why I thought your criticism of my pictures was a little unjustified. Not a flame, just my opnion, and of course you're entitled to your own too.

Darkangel: I was looking for the basics (height, weight, bf%) but your measurements look solid although your quads seem like they need some work. What are your goals?

You look like a decent size kid, so take advantage of your genetics, lift hard, do your cardio and eat clean and you'll be lean in no time.
