New Pix - Ecto


New pix I just took, I dont have any before pictures but I guess I will use these as my "before" pictures. It's about 1 month into gettin back into the gym.

If you want your abdominal muscles to show, cut carbs and fats out of your diet. And train hard as hell. I see your abs peaking out, but it doesn't seem that you have a lower enough body fat percentage or you just aren't working your abdominal muscles enough. Don't go for size but go for fitness. After you achieve the muscle type you desire, then go back on carbs and bulk up and you will look big. Good job!!!

thanks for the comments! I dont really care about the 6pack look as of right now, im mainly trying to bulk and from what ive heard, its hard to bulk and keep a 6pack. i've put on 15 lbs since i have started lifting again(which im proud of) and yes my 6pack has diminished some. its not something im real concerned about because I burn fat easily. Aside from that, i just recently started training my abs, 2 weeks ago i believe. So they shouldnt really show much difference at all.
