Hey everyone I am a Newbie so just saying HELLO! I have been going to the gym for 1 month hard now (5days a week). I dont have any pics from before so pics wise I dont really see any progress yet, so I took these yesterday and will start taking them on the 3rd of every month. I also want to see if the ripp fuel (definition) I just started yesterday makes a difference. Please throw any comments my way. thanks Joe

Try editing your first post and attaching the pics. For some odd reason, you cannot attach picks to the first post in a newly created thread until you've once posted it. Make sure that you're not exceeding the pic size (in both byts and pixels). Welcome to DiscussFitness.com, JoeJoe.
