I totally agree with you penguin on the triceps they do look abit mizerable
LOL ! At the moment I do bench dips
(3 sets of 30) but i guess i must start looking for a place to do dips too :confused: .
You see at the moment I workout at home as im home from University for the Summer and the gym i was attending is at my University
. I have some dumbells and a barbell here so im trying to use them to the best of my ability
Anyone have any good exercise techniques for the tricep region?
