Hey you Guys!! This is my first time using discussfitness.com so dont bite Not only that but im gonna show a before and after pic so please dont laugh .

I just wanna thank you guys for all the encouragement you have been giving me over the past few weeks. Its always great when you hear other people are having the same problems as myself so keep up the good work, Later Dudes!!!

your doing good bro, i like your form. The one thing you need some major work on is your triceps, I cant really seem them. It could be the lighting though.

Thanks fengalon and Penguin, I appreciate your opinions! I totally agree with you penguin on the triceps they do look abit mizerable LOL ! At the moment I do bench dips(3 sets of 30) but i guess i must start looking for a place to do dips too :confused: .
You see at the moment I workout at home as im home from University for the Summer and the gym i was attending is at my University . I have some dumbells and a barbell here so im trying to use them to the best of my ability

Anyone have any good exercise techniques for the tricep region?

i would do something about those 30 reps first. If your doing more than 12 then your wasting your time. I do 4-6 reps with really heavy weight.

LOL - Sorry Penguin I meant bench dips (Not bench presses).
Maybe next time ill get my exercise routines correct!
