Hey everyone! I know, I'm a skinny guy! What can I say? Six months ago I was running up to 60 miles a week! Through reading and researching this site I have been able to maintain a low bf% and gain some muscle, too....slowly, but I have been making gains, nonetheless. Anyways, I'm 21, 5'10.5", 138lbs, with sub 10%bf. I'll post my diet and workout in a bit, but I've got crazy homework to do! Tell me what you think!

Hm looks to me like you have some decent muscle on the arms and delts, you're very lean right now, but I'll be 50 bucks that if you seriously pump up your diet you'll make some nice size gains.

You've got a good base of muscle and are obviously in good shape. You should go on a clean bulking diet for the next few months and see if you can pack on another 10 pounds. It definetly wont hurt you. I used to look just like you and few years ago. Keep up the good work bro and stay focused.

Curious - what does "juicing" mean???
Also, I think you're looking good, like the nice clean lines & definition.

Excellent...very lean indeed....add some cals to your current diet and I bet you will pack on the mass.... I wish I were that lean again. Sigh...

Thanks so much guys, I appreciate it! I've been eating anywhere from 200 - 400 clean cals over maintainence depending on the day, workout vs. non-workout. I plan on doing this for a couple of weeks along with my current workout split and see what fine tuning needs to be done. I also have a detailed journal of my diet and workout for the last 4 months, as soon as I get it into my computer I'll post up the most recent plan I've been following to see what you think! Thanks again everyone!

Yuck! Somehow, when a guy's on steroids, it takes away all my admiration!
