Just blast it, do heavy stuff and work hard, then you'll only have to do it once a week. First off, it just came to my attention that I posted this is the wrong section, I apologize. Tuesday I went pretty hard and heavier in weight. Incline Bench, Over head Rope Tricep Ext, Tricep Pushdown, Decline Chest Press,
Lateral Raises and
Kneeling Cable Crunches. So would working out with lightweights today be pointless? Should I just stick to the cardio?
