Over doing it?

I have worked out the past two days the same way I usually do which is 15 minutes of cardio, hit the weights targeting 2-4 body parts, yesterday it was two (back and biceps) then another 15 minutes of cardio. Today I was going to do cardio and only cardio but then started thinking I could do a light chest and tricep workout. I worked chest and tricep on Tuesday. Would this be considered over doing it?

It all depends on what you did for chest and triceps on tuesday. Just a question though, whats the point of doing a "light" chest and tricep workout? Just blast it, do heavy stuff and work hard, then you'll only have to do it once a week. I'm not sure what program you are currently doing or what your sets look like, so what did your workout tuesday look like?

First off, it just came to my attention that I posted this is the wrong section, I apologize. Tuesday I went pretty hard and heavier in weight. Incline Bench, Over head Rope Tricep Ext, Tricep Pushdown, Decline Chest Press, Lateral Raises and Kneeling Cable Crunches. So would working out with lightweights today be pointless? Should I just stick to the cardio?

I dont think you'd have great benefit lifting today at all. I wouldnt, but I'm not sure you'd really hurt yourself either, i dunno.
