Cool

pics of me.....advice??

hey everyone, im new here, my names Joe and im in Upstate NY. 19 y/o about 150 +/- lbs, and i think im 5 7

heres 1 pic (no really flexing much, just a little in the abs)

and for more go

here

my goal is to get bigger pecs, they are defined as of now, yet not nearly as big as i would like. also bigger arms all around, bi's and tri's. as far as my abs i have never had a problem with them, i work them still to keep them where they are but i dont focus to much on them.

i drink protien like its going outta style (as it very well may be...lol) and i just started T-Bomb, i did however just read a thread that says you need to take more than the "recommended dose" of 2 a day, come to find out i need like 5-8 a day....lol

so what is the verdict?!

Thanks in advance for the advice, i hope to be a regular here!

Joe

p.s.- is it ok to use HTML in the threads?? like adding pics and increasing font size and wat not??? thanks

so what are your lift like as i said earlier. surely you don't go to the gym and just pick up the 45 db's and go to town on every exercise.

like i said earlier i use a bar with 50 lbs on it for my bi's

ummmm do some pulls ups here and there....lol

annnd well i think that PRETTY much sums it up...
