my work out is like this most of the time:
3 sets of 15,12,10 8 for bench press for the chest
5 sets of 20 for upper and lower abs
5 sets of 20 for the triceps.
i mainly train my upper body.
As for food...i been trying to eat more and taking at least one eggs for casein(protein). im also taking cell tech for its creatine and 100%
optimum whey protein three times a day. After work out drink
protein shake and have dinner. dinner mainly consist of rice and vegatables and meat.
what do you think i should eat more? i trying to eat more food esp meat for its protein.
