pic after one month


there is some pictures of me. There are two pics that im trying to post. been only working out for about a month now.

anyone know any training routine for beginners?

What exactly does your workout look like? What are you eating to ensure muscle growth following your workout?

my work out is like this most of the time:

3 sets of 15,12,10 8 for bench press for the chest

5 sets of 20 for upper and lower abs

5 sets of 20 for the triceps.

i mainly train my upper body.

As for food...i been trying to eat more and taking at least one eggs for casein(protein). im also taking cell tech for its creatine and 100% optimum whey protein three times a day. After work out drink protein shake and have dinner. dinner mainly consist of rice and vegatables and meat.

what do you think i should eat more? i trying to eat more food esp meat for its protein.

Holy **** man... 3 servings of whey a day.

In my opinion you have a little too many sets. Try going less sets, less reps. Getting failure in the 8-12 range may be just what you need. If you don't want to do that try doing a pyramid like: 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps instead of what you are doing right now. However, since you are new i would keep doing what you are doing if you are getting results. Whether i think you need creatin yet is questionable but just keep at it. Ill wait for more results :thumbup: .

add another 2 meals to what you eat, and swap cell tech for some mass gainer, you need calories more , i would scrap your training and start a new one , you need to get a good base before you start targeting individual muscle groups try this for 3months

full body workout = 3 times week

press behund nexk 3x10
squats 3x12
flatbench press 3x10
lat pulldowns 3x10
close grip bench press 3x10
barbell curls 3x10
bench dips 3x10

leg raises 3x maimum

Thanks for the tips...will try it out. Do any one know why i can log in discussfitness.com only in office and not at other computers?i wonder is it because i save my log on info in the office computer.

i do log off at work but when i log in at home...my user name is at the below of the home page like the others thats online but i cant seem to reply,sent or go to my inbox...it always says not registed and i will log on again and again with the same results
