i've just turned 21, been training about 4/5 years now, so started when i was about 16, so my stats then are irrelevant really as i would have got bigger anyway. my first 2-3 years of training were very naive. i had no idea what i was doing and i had to teach myself, through trial and error and watching other guys at the gym. and my diet was pretty crap, although made excellent gains.mainly because i was eating so much i guess, my protein was ok but i ate so much sugar,fat etc.... which made me a bit fat.
now my diet is pretty good
meal1:whey shake and banana (pretty small by mosts standards)
meal2:700 ml semi milk/ bacon roll or some pasta and chicken
meal3: whey shake
meal4:double quarter pound meal (
cheat meal) or pasta/rice and chicjen
meal5:700 ml semi milk
meal6:whey shake
meal7:rice/pasta/potatoes with chicken or tuna
meal8: milk and egg based
protein shake before bed
