That facial expression is classic! Made me smile.
The rest look good. You look like a hockey player to me for some reason.

jay, well, variety in the gym, always trying to push my own boundaries in weight lifted, i like drop sets, my first weight i'm struggling on my third rep and the 4th rep is forced, then drop the weight to something i can pump out a further 6 reps with. so gets rid of the whole "rep range" question. only do 2 sets per bodypart, my training philosophy is v.similar to alex AJ, low volume v. high intensity.

Hey RANGER looking good man, nice mass and good definition. Good to see another rugby-player on the board, what position do you play?

well i'm not really sure, because i've been 6"2 since i was 15 i've been shoved in the second row. then i was playing back row which i think is my position (6"2 15st 7lbs), for a while and this year colin jackson (director of rugby at bedford) thinks i should move to prop because of my strength, so this season i've played 8, blindside, openside, lock, loose head and tight head. although everyone says i look like a centre or back row. so i'm a little confused myself

That's great man you sound like a really flexible player. I'm a scrum-half as I wasn't really blessed in the height department (5'8" and no more!). I've just had my first senior season of rugby at division 3 level in Wales and I have some real strength work to do before the start of next season.
If there's one thing I've learnt about rugby in the 10 years I've played is not to let anyone stereotype you into a postion! You have size and strength on your side so you should go with the postion you most enjoy and are preferably best at. If Jonah Lomu can escape the lure of the forwards at 6'4" and 17st than anyone can!
