Ok.. about 2 months.... 27 pounds..
from size 42 to 36

WOW ... that first image is over 600K! I've attached a slight edit of your pic that reduces it down to about 50K.

Oops.. sorry..
I forget that i work with a big screen, and something thats small on mine might be a bit bigger on others.. (Im a graphics guy...)

And thanks for the compliment I cant wait to see what i can do in the next 3 months. (my goal, is to have those "abs" before summer...)

Ok, tomorrow (Friday the 25th) is the official end of my 12th week
I started at 276 pounds, and this morning Im at 241lbs.
I know that Ive gained at least 10 pounds of muscle, unfortunately I didn¡¦t have my calipers when I started this thing, so im not real sure what my starting bodyfat % was.


I had my wife take some new pictures last night, and (when was bored) I created a little web page for you to take a peek at them if you are curious..

Under each little picture, is a link for medium and large sizes of the same picture.. (for bandwith challenged people)

Now.. look at the bottom picture on the page.. is that the start of abs? a 40oz can instead of a 6 pack? ļ

Sorry about some of the pictures, there are a few that are scary as hell..
