Progress.

Okay, I've got a couple picture here. It's my progress over the last 2.5-3 months, they aren't dated, so i'll just use 3 poosts. When i started I would have been about 285lbs, 16, and 6'1.5" as well, i figure about 25-30% bf. In this pic I was about 200lbs and 16, 6'1.5", etc.

In this pic I was about 190-195lbs (not completely sure) Rough month, couple binges and cheat days...the usual. Nothing serious though. I use an internet bf % calculator and according to it I was 17.5-19% bf.

This pic was taken this morning. I am currently 182-185lbs (depending on what time of day i weight myself ) I am doing more now, and Although not really losing weight that fast, In the mirror it looks like I am reshaping it (ie. losing fat, but gaining muscle) which is what I want. I have another 6 weeks before I go to "boot camp" for 70 days and hopefully continue the reshaping there. From the online calculator I used, In this picture I'm 13.5-15% bf and I notice alot of strength now, as in more pushups/chinups etc. I don't really lift, because I'm boxing pretty much everyday now, but I do do alot more conditioning exercises like crunches, pushups, windsprints, etc.

I just wanna get some peoples opinions, and any suggestions as to what I should do with myself for the next 6 weeks. My plan was to keep dropping the weight and start doing longer cardio for the army, but my friend told me that I should bulk for strength. Anyways, lemme know. Thx. ~Scott

If your worried about basic training for the army, you should start running long distances and make sure you can do plenty of pushups. My husband is in the army and told me that was the majority of what they did in basic. Get ready.
