Progress from the year so far


It's been a while since I've been on the forum, so I decided I'd share my progress with you guys. The first pic is from 01/01/07 and the second is from 06/25/07.

Your training efforts are harvesting you much fitness fruit. Keep up the good work. At your age, your testosterone bank is full so you are ripe for continued muscular development and superfitnes growth from your hard and smart training efforts.
