Progress pic, well sort-of...

Morning everyone,

The firm I work with took pictures of all of the staff for the company website. Figured I had better put a face to a name!

Timeframe wise thats nearing 6x weeks of "work". Previously hadn't lifted for just over 7 monthes.

196 lbs down from 205, no BF% as of now (I did but thanks to Cursor and Abarlament realized how ridiculousy inaccurate the readings I was getting were!).

No I lift, 4x times a week. Just before this period I was out of action for about 7 monthes.

The tat's in progress, 2x sessions down 4x hours to go then I can start the other arm. It's a Leprechaun ripping out of my arm. I think I have a pic somewhere...

7 months off and you're still that big ? you work at physical labour or summit (pic doesn't look that way .. less that phone's got some weight I don't see

) ?? if I took 7 months off the almost 2 kg's I have gained in the last 6 weeks would be gone in a week flat lol
