Progress pics


Well I got ahold of a digital camera and decided to post some pics. I am a survivor of 2 open heart surgeries yet I will not allow that to hold me back from going to the gym. I have been going to the gym everyday for the past 3 weeks. Please post your comments.

youve got a good base for building muscle and burning some fat bro : whats your plan of attack?

I want to burn the fat and put some muscle on. I have to adjust my diet alittle more and then I think I will see some improvement

Heart surgery due to a genetic condition or were you at a time obese or soemthing of the sort? Just asking.

Genetic condition. Transposition of the great vessels aka Transposition of the great arteries.

Daniel your courage and will power surprises me becuase it is one that many people dont have. You really apply mind over matter and keep up the good work! looking pretty solid from the pics! keep us informed on your progress

Have you been given any limitations to what you can and can't do as far as training an eating goes?
