i think you have a LOT of potential there! i'm impressed at what you've accomplished so far and can't wait to see what happens when you get into a full body routine!

ah, but how are your rhomboids, traps, lats, and rear delts shaping up?
usher has a fantastic physique - but he trains hard for it.

Don't concentrate on individual body parts - concentrate on the WHOLE body. You will eventually get the "Usher" look. Good work thus far!

yes usher does have a fantastic physique...hes ma idol all around, because i am a dancer myself, and i am a big fan of him, now hes ma idol for one more reason, for his physique, its juz unique, lean but a solid muscular shape wid six packs, i wanna be like him so bad, and lady c thnx for the advice, yes i will keep on doing wut i've been doing and treadmill will eventually work all over ma body so i am not concentrating on individual body parts because running is affecting my whole bod...and my thighs, legs hands everything is soo lean but juz the stomach is flabby as hell!!..lolz yuh i noe wut ur gonna say(weight train)..lolz but i guess i'll live wid the flabby stomach until one more yr or so then i would love to weight train and have six packs!!!...i rmr just 5 months ago how disgusting i felt about my body and i was really depressed!...but i came to this forum, moved from houston to boston since my dad got transferred to umass memorial here(hes an ENT surgeon), and i got inspired by all you people, and today i lost 32 pounds!!...it feels so good only thinkin tht i cant go out the house without a belt on...hahaha 5 inches off ma waist, i love u people for making this happen to me!!!
Thankyou

listen to the lady, nerin - there is NOTHING wrong with weight training as a teen. i did weights as a 14 yr old girl in high school and it did me nothing but good. there are all kinds of myths about teens and weightlifting, but if it were dangerous, then a_welch503, who is a paramedic and imo just about as good as a doctor in his knowledge, has his 9 yr old daughter strength training right along with him.
if you have a dream, GO FOR IT - dont' keep putting it off till later because other things will always come up and get in the way.
