Progress Pics January to current

Alright, so in December I weighed 205 pounds and I am about 5'9. I finally decided to start doing something and I started going to the gym doing cardio and taking Xenadrine. I changed my diet and in January I was down to 195. I started weight lifting in January too...unfortunately I kept doing this all the way up till about Mid-Mayish. I say unfortunately because I wasnt doing things right. I wasn't taking nearly enough protein, I took creatine at the wrong time, I wasnt drinking enough water, I had bad workout ethics I peaked in about everything and stayed there for like friggin 3 months. No joke..my friggin bench press weight stayed the same for months. So finally I started doing Max-OT training. I changed my diet COMPLETELY, I took protein shakes, I took 1.5 grams of protein for every pound I weighed, I did it all right and now I am seeing some changes. I'm going on my 4th week of Max-OT and I have included pics since January to current. I currently weigh 174 pounds which means I lost 31 pounds and proabably gained some nice muscle. I'm still not happy with my mid-section at all and it is certaintly a slow process getting rid of that last bit of fat but I'm sure in time it will go.
YES I KNOW I NEED A TAN, LEAVE ME BE! :P
Without further ado...

Hey buddy, I think you've done great so far! You've dropped a good amount of weight, which is a huge accomplishment in itself. Cool to see you're doing Max OT and things with that are going good so far. Continue to stick to your diet, training, water consumption, as well as supplementation at the right times, which is ultimately important to get the most from your supplement intake.

Obviously you've made improvements with such a good weight reduction, so just continue upping your intensity, listen to your body, be consistent, and keep a positive attitude always. Use what you've accomplished between January and now as motivation and proof that you can obtain awesome results. More results just take more time, so be patient. You are doing great, so just keep it up! Good job so far tho bud! Your hard work is paying off.

Well, decided to take a picture tonight of me at rest (not flexing) and to look over my old pics and see if there was a drastic difference in fat loss. This was taken the 30th of June. Comments welcome...

Ha, what an interesting question to ask considering all the dang trouble I have with increasing my bench...

I bench 175 pounds for 3 sets
175X6
175X5
175X3

I've been stuck there for 6 weeks now. But all my other exercises increase well.

On a side note, I looked over a post of yours about benching and I can safely say I've been where you are. I started lifting 95 pounds back in January and as of June I was doing 175 so dont worry, you'll go up with dedication.
