Not bad man. I can see increased defintion in shoulder/arms/traps/chest/stomach. Overall looks pretty good. I don't know if you are doing this but i would try to work your back a bit more (maybe i only feel this way). Everything else looks like it has really changed though.

Thanks for all the kind words! Yeah there is so much more progress in store. I've been working my back. My backday consists of

Wide Grip Pulldowns X3
Narrow Grip Seated Row X3
Dumbell Rows X3
Shrugs X3
Wide Grip Chinups (Body weight as many as I can do)
Narrow Grip Chinups (Body weight as many as I can do)

Im kinda in a "Cutting" stage. Just without most of the cardio. (that probably explains the slow results)
Im currently average around 1,600 to 1,900 calories (some days less)with about a 60P/20C/20F split

I might get in a 10 to 20 minute cardio session on a treadmill maybe twice a week. I'll also get in maybe 1 or 2 sessions of pickup B-ball too. The rest of my excercise comes from my lifting sessions which pretty much breakdown like

M -Chest/Tris
T -Back/Bi
W -Shoulders/Abs/Cardio
T- *Going to start doing legs*
F - Pushups, Chinups, Cardio, Abs
S - off
S - off

After my workout today I used the BF scale at the gym that i've been using and my new readings are 12.1% at 154lbs. As long as my bodyfat continues to drop its fine if my weight stays around the same correct? Once I hit my goal of single digit BF% I'm going to begin a bulking phase while trying to keep my BF as close to 10% as possible? Is that a unreasonable goal? Any feedback is appreciated! Thanks again

Irwin

crossroad...

Well as you can see from my last pictures I've gotten my bodyfat down. My goal is 10% and as of today i'm at 12%. Im at a point now though where I feel that I need to *BUILD UP* my muscle. I'm not as cut as I would like to be but I feel that another 2% isn't going to make that big of a difference, because once I reach that 10% I was going to begin bulking anyway. For those that stick to a pretty low-fat diet what is a realistic amount that I can expect my BF% to rise while bulking? I plan on bulking for about 3 months and then cutting again around March. (Gotta get lean for the Warm weather!) Thanks in Advance for anyone that replies!
