The 'Before and After Pics' forum was set up for a number of reasons:
- To get input on where one can improve (see below)
- To show off one's progress and have others be happy with him/her that he/she is achieving his/her goals regardless of the time or amount of progress.
- To keep a record of progress so one can see it and others can as well and to determine whether their current diet and exercise program is providing the results expected or if something should be changed.
Please keep in mind is what the goals might be of the person posting their pics. The name of this website is
DiscussFitness.com and it doesn't exclusively deal with massive bodybuilding.
Valid points of focus could be any of the following:
- Minor or major fat-loss
- Minor or major muscle building/bulking
- Improved flexibility
- Injury rehabilitation
- Sports skills development
- Diabetes nutritional counselling
- General meal design and preparation
What this forum is
NOT for:
- Being cruel or making fun of user's progress.
- Name calling, flaming, abuse.
- Accusations of steriod use: There is simply no way for natural bodybuilders to "prove" that they don't use steroids. If you cannot offer a constructive comment without inferring accusations of steroid use, then simply don't bother posting.
