Nothing much different, still weighing in at about 165, still around 5'10"/5'11" depending on the time of day

I should have some older ones up around here somewhere, I think I took 'em down though. Due to some comp reformats the only one I have available is from a year ago and to be honest it isn't much different. Most of my gains have been in strength alone, haven't really put on more than a few lbs of muscle.

What exercises did you do for triceps, they are HUGE.

I haven't looked at this in a while.

As for my triceps, I work them like everything else. I just do varying forms of bench presses and tricep extentions with BBs. and DBs. More often than not I lift with heavier weight on a lower rep scheme, but sometimes I like to throw in endurance work. I'm guessing that it is just my body's structure, though. They stand out a lot, but as far as strength goes they're about on the same level as everything else.
