Wooooooooow. Obviously, this is my first post...so here I go. Impressive. You guys are all certainly impressive. I decided several months ago that I was tired of not being fit, and joined the local Bally's. I made a buddy of mine join, and we kept each other going pretty regularly. Then I let things slack back a bit to party, or go spend the night with my girlie.
Since then...I have decided to kick it up a notch. I get to the gym ever Mon. Wed. and Fri. Starting shortly I will be going every Sunday for raquettball, and maybe even Tues. and Thurs. for that as well. I am in this to add muscle mass
. I don't have a current picture yet, but I will get one soon. I did attach a picture of me mid-July 2002 though. My goal is to blow that pictue away this coming summer.
When I started hitting the gym, I just knew I wanted to firm up. My girlfriend requested I add bulk to my chest and arms, and I agreed. Those are my target areas soo far. Once I get those where I want, I will move my focus to my legs will keep the rest firm. I look forward to spending a lot of time here with you guys/gals.
