Hey all
Just decided on some progress pics. Unfortunately they're not the best, as the oldest 'before' pics I have are actually from the end of October. I have been cutting since mid-August so by October I'd already lost quite a bit of bodyfat. Still, it's been 1.5 months since I took my before pics, so I took some more last night to see if I'd made any further progress.
Even though there's not a massive difference, I have lost a few more pounds of fat. I think the most prominent
fat loss areas are my stomach and chest. In the 'before' side picture, I was really sucking in my gut for some reason!!

Also my chest looked a lot more 'conical' than it does now. The after side picture is just me standing normally without flexing - a marked improvement I think.
The two front pictures are also an improvement. I still have a little fat on my chest + abs I need to lose, but I'm planning on going back to bulking for a few months at the start of the New Year to add some quality LBM. Oh and I also need a tan - damn British weather
(And in case anyone is wondering, there's no back shot because I didn't take one 'before' for some strange reason).
So, before pics are me at 166lb, and after pics are me at 154lb. And I'm 6ft1 which is why I look soooo very thin at the minute!
