I went to my alma matter's opener this year. They were HUGE! This is a 2a school with around 640 kids and they had half a dozen kids over 300 lbs.

Your new pics look good rookie. You have some really good size going. Keep up the good work! And empty your PM's! Can't get anything through! (Don't forget your "Sent" folder).

mon-chest-bi
tues-cardio/weighted abs
wed-shoulders/legs
thurs-cardio
fri-back/triceps
sat-weighted abs/calves

-1st meal- 4 egg whites in the mourning and 1 egg yolk and flax seed oil
-2nd meal-chicken rice bowl
-3rd meal-turkey sandwich and sugarless yogurt
-4th meal- 2 chicken breasts
-5th meal- pre workout oat meal and a scoop of whey
-6th meal- post workout whey shake in soy milk, 1 or 2 chicken breasts
-7th meal-protein shake
-8th meal- 3-4 slices of turkey breast to help me fall asleep
and i make a protein shake and leave it in the fridge for if i wake up.

i dont max out really, but i rep 45's and 5's for bent over rows. on dumbell flat bench i rep 90's for like 2x6. umm on squats i only rep like 195 for 3x6-7. ummm i havent maxed out in a long time tho, i think its kinda a waste of time. ya kno why max out and waste a day when you could lift and get stronger on that day.
