You know what really hit my legs like squats never did? I just started to do leg press and damn.... I'm not one to speak because i don't always have access to a gym but i love doing leg press now. You can get more weight and dont need a spotter at all. Wait you can do squats without a spotter 2... im assuming its not a squat rack with a spotter like built in? Hmm forget what i just said... try going to a gym if you can and just do the squats with the spotters built in(dunno what its called).

i kno what u mean i just started max ot, so its only reps 4-6, so you gotta get a wait that is pretty heavy so its kinda hard and i mean i dont collapse, but i could go heavier with a spotter. thannks again though.

I may be the only one here with this opinion, but I thought that the bulked-up picture looked better. I guess that's because I am really trying to bulk up, so my opinion is biased in that direction. I would rather look big with a shirt on than be cut with no shirt. Anyways, you're doing a great job!

thank u, in that bulk picture my diet consisted of a thorough beef grilled stufft burrity, the value menu meal at jack in the box, and frozen pizza, i was tryin to gain as much weight as possible because i wanted to play weak side defensive end. but i wish i would have bulked up smartly, oh well my mistake, good luck with ur bulk.

Lose the fat (it does you no good whatsoever), protect the muscle. When bulking again, do it right!
