my before picture, taken right after football season. i will have after ones soon, of me like 15 pounds lighter, i got alot of info on this site that helped me greatly. especially with diet, i had no clue how to diet.

I said "cutting edge," but that was just a weak play on words, referring to you the "cutting" that you will be doing.

Rookie - You look solid bro, real good base your gonna look even better after your cutting phase...excellent starting point.

Adam - I can see some lats in the background on that chest pick, they are looking good, same for your chest and arms way to go man - great work and good luck.

Hm i could see you on some special teams, you look like you could have been a tight end or a full back though too.

sure did i still play pick up games now and hten with the old budds. i played cornerback and reciever, short, thick, strong, and fast, i wanted to be a tight end, but i didnt have the height

we've got guys as little as 170lbs playin on the OL that just shows how small the people on our team is, our biggest guy is 275 then its 240 and everyone else is 150-200
