Thanx liftermike! yeah i was wondering how i was going to get my pics up on this site and so i looked around and i saw yours. It prob took me maybe 2 mins to set everything up. Very easy.

Nice, man!

Good size all over and definitely on the right track. Only thing I would suggest is a bit of work on those rear delts to bring them up to par with the other aspects of your delts. Bent over laterals or rows to the chest (elbows out) will help a lot.

Yes, but that will work primarily the anterior (front) head- which looks fairly well developed in the photos compared to the rear delts.

The rear delts will be hit with the bent-over laterals, or those rows I mentioned.

Hi rrouleau-

Yep, that's the one. Try the rows I mentioned also, you won't be sorry. Use 'em if you don't get good stimulation from the laterals (always good to have extra ammo in the clip, if ya know what I mean!).
