S3ngh's Pics :)

Hey all, I thought i'd join the club and post some update pics

Before: (I've been training for about one year, but withing that year i've been training about emm.. 5 months tops)

After: (Im about 1/2 way through my 3 month stint)

My aim for these 3 months has been to add quality mass, while trying to keep bf% at what it was in the before pic or even lower. I'm on kind of a bulking cycle, eating a fair amount but being careful not to add too much fat.

So far I have added about 1/2inch to my arms (now 14" flexed) about 1/2inch to forearms (now 11 1/2" unflexed). Waist has gone up by around 1/2" I think. Chest is still around 39-40" flexed I may have added 1/2 inch, maybe 1inch; but I can't be sure until I get a new tape measure. Total weight added is around 4lbs so far.

Im finding that (like most men) im holding fat on the lower side of my pecs, and from a side view they almost look breast like , so for the past few weeks I have stopped with all flat bench moves and have changed to incline chest presses and more cable movements. The incline chest press is for around 6-8 reps, 3 sets. Cable movements are cable crosses with light weights for 15 reps, 3 sets, and lying down on a flat bench doing sort of chest flyses with the cable machine, again light weights for 15 or so reps. Im hoping this will even out my upper and lower chest more.

Looking good man. I think your chest developement is just fine. I have the same concerns, but I am almost certain I DO have gyno. My nips are puffy as hell, and my chest is started to be decently developed. I dunno, I might see the improvement if I get to a lower bodyfat (currently between 13.5-14.5%) but Im afraid I will never have the chest I WANT.

Keep on pumpin man. Your on the right track!

Cheers Brewsky, I guess chest development is just one of those things... we all want nice big pecs - but we dont want to look like we are growing breasts at the same time . TBO though, I guess having sub 10% BF will sort things out for most people. Looking at Cursors after pics with a nice low BF% his nipples seems absolutely fine - compared to when they looked slight puffy in the before pic (I hope you don't mind me commenting Cursor!) Have you had your chest checked out by a docter, he/she will be able to say whether you truly do have gyno.

Just a self diagnosis. But I mean Im pretty sure, as I have always had little "titties". I used to get teased by my friends, even tho they didn't mean it to hurt my feelings, I always hated it. I have worked hard on them and now I am much more comfortable. Keep in mind I have never been overweight. The most I have ever weighed was 195 at 6'3" with a bodyfat under 20%. Who knows it might not be gyno. I sure hope not, because I do plan to get to under 10% bf and I don't want to still have big nips.

Best thing you can do is not let it bother you. Concentrate on all the positive things you have done rather than your nipples. They do make up a small percentage of your frame you know

As you know, I'm speaking as someone with exactly the same problem, however my prob is much worse at the moment as my BF% is around the 18-20% mark. Started cutting now though so with luck I should see some improvements.

I definitely wouldn't worry about your nipple problem though. It's human nature that we always look at and criticize ourselves, whereas 99% of the time people never notice what we think really stands out.

Definitely made some good progress there though - getting some nice size/shape to you. Just keep going with it

What would the lump behing the nipples suggest? Oh, and could someone explain gyno, please?
