Hey all, I thought i'd join the club and post some update pics
Before: (I've been training for about one year, but withing that year i've been training about emm.. 5 months tops)
After: (Im about 1/2 way through my 3 month stint)
My aim for these 3 months has been to add quality mass, while trying to keep bf% at what it was in the before pic or even lower. I'm on kind of a
bulking cycle, eating a fair amount but being careful not to add too much fat.
So far I have added about 1/2inch to my arms (now 14" flexed) about 1/2inch to forearms (now 11 1/2" unflexed). Waist has gone up by around 1/2" I think. Chest is still around 39-40" flexed I may have added 1/2 inch, maybe 1inch; but I can't be sure until I get a new
tape measure. Total weight added is around 4lbs so far.
