I'd say stick to some basic compound exercises, hard and heavy. What kind of training are you doing now/have you been doing? How's the diet look? Goals? Give us details so we can help! ~Steve

i would say work on back and chest a lot while slimming the stomach down. you seem to have equal size on your waist and chest. you want your chest to be maybe 140-175% as big as your waist so that you have a nice V taper.

I'm with eichers. Some good compund exersizes should do you good.

Bench press
Military press
Lat Pulls
DB Rows
Squats
Deadlifts

Start doing all those things, if ou want to and feel like you have the energy you can throw in some isolation exersizes as well. But defintly start with those, and go heavy.

This post is dead on I would just change out DB rows for bent over rows.
Give a shot at Jaster Shrugs and you gotta Eat eat eat and Rest rest rest!!
Lift as heavy as you can!!

dips (or weighted dips) for your tri's, also pullups (facing the back of ur hand)
