Scott, After a couple months.

Okay, well...just to set these up a little, i am 16, 6'2" and currently 195lbs. When i started in september last year i was 6'1" and 286lbs, i got down to 220 before xmas, but it was mostly muscle, then i gained back a little over the break and slimmed down alot over the last 2 months (ps. i know im still fat, but compared to before...) It was really hard to take some of these pics, so don't laugh if they didn't turn out that great, i used my webcam. Please lemme know if there's some areas i can focus on (keeping in mind my abs are being hit every other day and i do close to 100 minutes of cardio daily). Here goes...

Man you're slim, you've withered away to nothing.

Big improvement most likely from the 280. I was going to say you need lots of work on arms but it seems as if you didn't flex em on the back shot... Not bad overall.

i would just keep training everything as hard as possible. i would say traps were best. back, abs, and chest don't look very defined but i think you just gotta keep dropping the weight. legs look decent.

Hey, For those who care, this is me now. (as of this morning.) I'm still gonna drop another 10-15 lbs, but i was wondering if i should start bulking soon. I would love to get some of your opinions on what muscles i should focus on, and what i need to do to improve my overall physique. I am currently 6'1.5" and 188lbs. Any help/opinions would be appreciated. Thx. ~Scott

Ps. sorry for the awkward poses, but i had to try and hide the mouse (i use a webcam)

Great progress there man, I bet it feels great. :

You asked for advice/opinions, so here's mine. I wouldn't start bulking yet if I were you. You're within a couple months of abs if you've got your cutting diet all worked out. I don't think you really need to work on any specific muscles because you have a good foundation, but continuing to lower your overall bodyfat will definitely make what you've got stand out.

Anyway, good work and good luck!
