Six month's Later.. Kaiser's Pics

http://www.putfile.com/georgejungle

Well, here I am six months after I began working out. I wish I had beginning pictures so that you could see the improvement. I know I'm still very thin (at the moment I'm trying to bulk up), but keep in mind six months ago I was 10 pounds lighter. Also, try to forgive my whiteness, I tan easy, but I don't live in a warm climate.

Right now: Height 5'9, Weight 155, Age 19.

Oh yeah.. feel free to make criticisms, I don't get offended easily and I would love any sort of advice.

Thats a great start. If I were you, I'd be trying to add mass like crazy. Big lifts, big eating, thats all you need. I think its probably a little early to point out any weak points or anything like that.

Hey, thanks for all the comments guys. I know I have to eat bigger if I want to make any significant gains. So far I've talked allot about eating big, but haven't really followed up. I just purchased an unlimited meal plan for this upcoming semester so availability will never be a problem. It's still my goal to hit 165 by summer, which is 11 more pounds.

Very true. Everyone gets so hung up on what supplements they should be taking, what routine they should be doing, what type of equipment they should buy, etc... Without an ample supply of good food, its pretty much pointless.
