I'm 22 years old,5’9” 1/2 and weigh 198lbs (90kg).I’m not sure how many % body fat I have but I am at least 30-40lbs overweight.I am keen to get my body back.

Looking good with the progress, keep it up, you can definitely see more of the V Shape occuring with the Lats, keep it up lose another 10 while maintaining your muscle and you will look mean!
Thanks for the comments guys. I plan to get my weight down to 165lbs (75kg) and then start lifting heavy. Beard ? hehe its suppose to look like a scarf. Damn I shoulda gone with the mask!
