Well to be honest, it was 157. I had a lot of fat because I wasn't educated enough on proper nutrition. So I just gained nothing but fat, all stored in my belly, and a tad bit of muscle. Since then my bf has dropped and I weighed 135 then I bulked to 162, finally I cut and lost 7 lbs. So now my weight is 155. I'm trying to get to 170 by my birthday. I doubt it, but I'm not gonna quit.

P.S.
Thanks for the compliment Amkey!
Your looking like a new person, good job!

good job

i hate skinny guy! why you ask? cuz he looks 10 times better than me. (lol) im just ****in (well he does), but seriously, go skinny guy. ive lost a couple of pounds and had to stop working out for a while, i got tendanitis and im taking anti-inflamation medicine. i had alot of bills to clear up recently and had to get off my diet, so the weight i lost was muscle and fat. i dropped on the bench about 20lbs, but im not worried, ill get it back. im getting ready to start taking pro-hormones here shortly. when i start my new diet, it will be strictly fish, mainly because i love fish and its easy to eat quickly (unlike chicken, which is chewy since my hectic schedule requires a microwave).

ill have some before (im taking them soon, im starting new before pics since ive lost weight and muscle mass, etc) pics soon, which are semi-before, lol. im going to be getting them with my seal motivator, so he'll make me look bad, lol.

I still don't believe it...lol. The after picture looks like it's a model at a competition of some sort, and that skin seems REALLY tanned...but perhaps you make a lot of visits to tanning parlors. Is this for real, Skinny GUy? And if it is, how are you doing currently?

Well Cursor showed his face in his pictures, and no Cursor was not THAT ripped. The guy in that picture can't have more than 3% BF.

And strange people do strange things. I'm not saying that Skinny GUy is strange, lying, or anything, I just find the transformation hard to believe, when no face is shown and when it looks like two completely different people altogether...also when it looks like it's a competition, with a little logo of some sort in the corner and the red background.
