Big improvement - especially the back - it looks much smaller.

Keep up the good work - don't give up.

Congratulations on both the progress and on posting FB photos.

You have that look of determination in your eyes.

ah, i see - lol - i was tempted to do the blotting out thing, but then remembered how much it irritates me when others do that, so just bit the bullet.

Keep those photos handy - when you start to stray - they will be your motivation to keep going.

lol - goal, i'm a little hazy on. i'm really focussed more on eating to fuel my workouts and cutting carbs on days i don't work out. the loss is more of a bonus. i'd be happy weighing 200 forever if my body fat was 18%, lol.

tattoos - the one on my chest is a pegasus (coverup of a botched job done by a buddy when i was a teen). the one on my back is a dragon designed by my older daughter when she was 9. i hadn't realized it was quite so big and it's taking forever because i can only tolerate an hour, hour and a half before my legs start tap-dancing - tattooist said it sometimes happens with ppl when it's so close to the spine.

I definitely agree, while checking the comparison pics the tummy is more tucked and nicely improved and also the ass seems to have improved heaps.

Keep up the good work :
