Some april pics (someone has been cutting ;) )

Ok so since the last pics there are two main things I've been really working on. As per the advice of most musscle and some others I've started doing heavy rows and Just in generall hiting the lats. Also I started watching my diet and doing cardio on a regular basis. So here are some pics I took.

Damn, like a lobster! Incredible abs! I think that your chest could maybe do with a little more size but you look in great shape.

Looking superb Axion. You've got great abs and shoulders like a god. Maybe spend a little more time doing some heavy incline and decline benchpress to gain a little more depth to the pecs. Overall though, you look great !!

LOL, I guess that depends on what sort of physique you're going for. If you're looking to be a Men's Fitness model, he might be fine just adding 5-10 lbs. If you prefer looking more along the lines of a natural bodybuilder, etc. I think another 50 lbs. could be useful.

Damn... that's some insane cuts.

What kind of split do you use for your diet? The typical 40p/40c/20f? Any supplements?

Thanks for all the compliments.

As far as gaining mass. I think that for the most part I'm about as big as I want to be. I would like to get my chest up to 40" (i'm at 38") right now, but I don't really know what to do about that. I work my chest like crazy (benched 255x4 reps a couple weeks ago). So if anyone has any tips for byuling chest i'd love to hear them

As far as diet goes. I come from a health freak family so I just eat what i consider a normal diet, suplemented with about 4 serving of optimum whey a day. Other then protein poweder I'm all natural.

damn looking even more cut... awesome job. i think keping your bf% the same is a good idea, and just keep trying to gain size around the chest and lats, but i wouldn't sacrifice definition cuz you have come really far with it.

send some pics to mens fitness you definatly have the physique for it. Try doing some wide pull downs and pull ups, your back looks alot thicker now, but the width still isnt quite there, other than that, awesome job.
