here they are/tell me what you think
Here you go, I relized that after looking at these pictures I am going to start doing 15 min of cardio before everywork out, and hit abs once every 2 or three days. You may not be able to tell by the pictures but I moved up in weight alot at the gym since the 1st picture (about a month ago) went from benching 85 on dumbells to 105 (about 2-3 times). Usually I do not do too much cardio in the winter because I run every 2-3 days in the summer (4-5 miles). So its expected that I gain weight in the winter, not any more though. The very 1st pic is from a month ago Let me know what you think?

Work on increasing those loads as quickly (yet smoothly and injury-free) as possible. The sooner you up the lifted weight, the quicker your muscle will grow.
Any cardio that you do should either be done after your lifting (not before), or it should be separated from your lifting session by several hours.
Increase the length of your cardio routine to half an hour, three times a week (or more). If you choose to do shorter sessions, then greater intensity should be incoporated.
What are your eating habits?

You've got the base for sure. Keep lifting progressively heavier, but definately hit the cardio more often, or for longer durations. You've got the potential to be swole.

If you don't like running just jump some rope or do 30min of 3min routines on a punching bag. It's pretty easy and it beats the hell out of running.

Hey how can i put some definition in my upper arms so you can tell distingush what is the Bi, and what is the Tri. Instead of my arms just looking like a big slab of meat?

Looks like you have slightly too much body fat. If you cut down your fat intake and carry on lifiting you will see improvment.
It's not easy but you can do it!
Good luck!

You still thinking cardio before workout? I'd suggest for maximum overload, you keep as much energy in the muscle to lift, and then burn out the rest with cardio afterwards. Just what has worked wonders for me. Still losing.
