Some Progress Pics...

Started out 14 weeks ago...went to the mirror to snap a few pics real quick...kinda bad quality cuz they had to be so small. Any way to get them to show up larger?

WOW! Amazing!
Man, im sorry for the below questions, but you are the only one i can really relate to, im just starting off myself (bull**** lifts)- and looking at you, thats about how i look except obviously not that cut....but when i lean out, you are the closest i can get to with the look....(actualy i will look nothing like you, but like i said you are what i can relate to with the overall base) Cuz usualy when i look at these progress pics- i try to find a body thats closest to mines....and here we go....im hoping you can help me out, and some others...

Like I said before, I think you look amazing....lean and nicely built...thats exactly my goal.....Good Job MAN!

age? height? weight? bodyfat?
do you know your back measure?
how long have you been lifting?
whats your 1rep bench, deadlift and squat?
whats your routine like?
whats your diet like for bulk or cut? anything special?
what supplements?
would you say you have a high or low metabolism?
anything else you can add that could help?

:-)

Wow, well let's see here, as far as my routine goes, here is the post where I put it up: http://www.discussfitness.com/forums/http://www.discussfitness.com/forums/f2/workout-critiques-welcome-11-weeks-down-so-far-21950.html , even though now it's been 14 weeks.

As far as the other questions
-I'm 21, 5'8", 142 pounds, don't know my bf%
-I have no idea my back measure
-I have lifted on and off for years, this round has been 14 weeks, with no sign of stopping, I'm staying at it this time
-My routine can be found in the post I mentioned above, a broad description would be:
-Monday - Shoulders, Tuesday - Arms, Wednesday - Legs, Thursday - Chest, Friday - Grab bag, usually some abs
-I haven't done enough studying to describe which one my diet is, although I can say this, I DO NOT watch what I eat, I just try to eat as much as I can, I do eat a lot of tuna sandwiches though, whenever we have tuna on hand, and try to take in at least 140g of protein each day
-The only supplements I guess you could say is an RTD (protein shake) after working out ocassionally, sometimes I don't have the cash on-hand to get one
-I definitely have a high metabolism

Any other questions or comments are welcome, I will say this, as I have had a few ask me already, about my abs, I RARELY work them directly, maybe once every couple weeks I will do some situps, I think their role in my other exercises where they help to stabilize has helped the most. I started to get muscular my sophomore year in high school, before that, I was very very skinny. Went through basic training between my junior in senior year, and have lifted on and off all throughout.

your definition is great but i am raelly impressed at how you gained a significant amount of mass on your chest and arms for someone of your stature.

Do you have any pictures of you before hand?

Also, you say you don't work out your abs that much?

I believe you, but in that picture your upper abs are incredibly toned, even more so than your lower ones.

Hm, and what is your current brench press weight?

I don't have any pics from before, but before I started this run at the gym, my chest was not as big and my abs were not near as defined. I maxed 250 on bench 3 weeks ago, I believe I can get 260 now. I'm going to see about that on Wednesday. And no, I do some ocassional situps once every week or two, but that's it as far as directly working my abs.

Wow man, you looked ripped. I can do about 240 regulary now, 250-260 if I'm pumped up. I'm not quite as toned as you are, but there's got to be something you do. I do about 4 sets of pushups, 80 of them in a row, and I don't have that definition that you have on your abs.

You're hiding something! I know it!

Also, nice shoulders, swimmer shoulder's to be specific, which is exactly what I'm going for at the moment. If you tell me you don't do any shoulder excercizes, then I'm just going to have to not believe you...

The link to the routine I've been following has been posted in the seventh post on the thread, just so you know...
