I guess I should give some other stats since im doing this...
I used to powerlift but due to time constraints with training crew cannot do so anymore.
Max lifts raw: 315 x 3 in bench, 525 x 5 in deadlift(have done 550 but with briefs), 360-370 raw ass to grass squat.
My powerlifting stance squat and equipped is much higher but im all raw now and concerned with more than just lifting lots of weight so no point in talking about past.

Very impressive young man. You are sporting some killer traps. Have fun with the cutting and diet part of bodybuilding contest preparation.
It sure would be great if you posted some photos in our photo gallery. You could crop your head area and have the photo just focus on your muscles. It would be a great addition to the gallery we are trying to build to showcase our Discuss Fitness athletes. If you decide to do it and need any help, just holler.

One picture... down about 24 lbs. Will post full shots when I hit my goal of 205. Managed to increase the size of my arms and gain some lean body mass while cutting so far. Will see if I can keep it up.
