Somewhat current pics

These were taken before I went under the knife, I had a bad history of dislocating my shoulder, but not anymore, I just got back in the gym. These were taken when I was weighing about 160. I am 5 10. I am currently at 172. I've put some mass on my arms and a little on my chest which was small to begin with. In the next month or so I'll put some current ones. Have fun critiquing. Take it easy, Jer

Great physique. : What kind of surgery for your shoulder did they do ?? My doc said I need surgery for mine, but I'm trying to get around that if possible.

They went in there and re-attached some ligaments I think is what he said. I previously had dislocated it about 7 or so times. After awhile it was easy for me to pop it back in place so I figured I would get surgery done. It put me out of the gym for about 5 months. I am currently slowly making progress. I am taking Cytogainer and T-1 lotion by BDC Nutrition, it is working good and I can see the results. I'll try to get some recent pics. Take it easy

New Pics

Here are some current pics. I took these yesterday before I went to the gym. You can see my new scars from the surgery on my left shoulder. I'm not near as tones as I used to be but I'm a little bigger. Well yall can critique or do whatever yall do. I'll put some more up in a couple weeks, take it easy. Lemme know what you think. Jer
