Starting from Scratch..almost

Well I am about 5'11, 150 and lookin to bulk up. I had been lifting for about 4 months straight..starting about 6 months ago, but I had to quit due to a hectic schedule. Now, after about 2 months of doing nothing, eating bad, and losing about 10 lbs, I've decided to get started again. These are my pix 1 week back into my routine. Any comments welcome. Sorry for bad quality of pix, all I could work with at the time.

Looking great, buddy. Focus on increasing the loads that you're lifting (don't neglect the legs ... if you wan real success). What does you nutrition plan look like?

well to be real vague, ive made a eating plan where im eating 5 real meals a day (high in protein things, eggs, chicken, salmon, tuna with rice) and ill also be taking 3 servings of n-large2 a day. Ill be getting 1800 calories and about 150 g of protein alone just off the nlarge. Do you think that is a good idea?

1800 cals is really not that much......but its a place to start though. If it seems like your not gaining any...then def add some more carbs in there. More rice, sweet potatos etc. Dont forget those healthy fats also.....mono and poly(olive oil will def help you pack on those pounds.) Oh and another thing to not forget is those veggies. Eat those veggies damnit!! They are great for you and you can never eat anough of them. Seems like you have some what of an idea on what to do or where to start off at, now you just gotta apply it and experiment.

This site has a wealth of info on it. This is such a great site to learn from!! have at it bro!!

Hey bud, you look great! Stay consistent with your workouts and progressive resistance. It looks like you have great genetics, muscle belly shape, etc...so with time and consistent work, you will have an outstanding physique. Be patient, but aim for the sky at the same time. Looking good!

Looking good dude, you seem to be very cut up aswell, which adds definition, and your arms bicep seems to have a nice peak!. Now just focus on lifting heavy weights and youll get there , good foundation though! impressive.

You seem to eb belssed in that you are naturally cut. So I recomend that you eat plenty and lift hard. Just make sure you eat clean and you'll make awsome progress.
