Thanks, Lee! Take a guess on my weight. For some reason people never believe me when I tell them what I weigh in now.
I am going to try to lose about 7-9 pounds and that should put me back to sub 10% BF levels. As soon as I get below 10% I am going to start another
bulking cycle, and this time go REALLY big.
At this point I feel that my biggest weakness are my biceps, and lats. I think once I shed this extra layer of fat I will get a better picture, but right now I feel that is where the extra effort needs to go to. What do you think? I actually do very little for my obliques the only thing that I do that really targets them directly is twisted crunches. I think they may be developed from the other activities I do like canoeing and outdoor stuff.
