Thanks for your comments skinny guy, my current routine is:
Monday (chest, shoulder, triceps, abs)
Wednesday (legs, abs)
(Tuesday: Rest)
(Thursday: Rest)
Friday (back, biceps, abs)
Although Iv'e just started this routine a few weeks ago, I believe competitive swimming has helped me quite a lot.
P.S- I'll work on the tan

shouldn't be to hard being a lifeguard and all, actually trying to get contacts, but need to look into them more.
