old before & after thread


Looking forward to your pic amkey, here are a few that I've just taken. I don't know my current measurements except that I'm 6'1, 163 lbs. Trying to bulk up to about 185 or so then cut.

Dang Striker! I'm impressed! I pictured you being overweight or something. Wow. Nice arms and chest by the way, your shoulders are freakin' ripped homeboy. What's your routine?

routine


Thanks for your comments skinny guy, my current routine is:

Monday (chest, shoulder, triceps, abs)
Wednesday (legs, abs)
(Tuesday: Rest)
(Thursday: Rest)
Friday (back, biceps, abs)

Although Iv'e just started this routine a few weeks ago, I believe competitive swimming has helped me quite a lot.

P.S- I'll work on the tan shouldn't be to hard being a lifeguard and all, actually trying to get contacts, but need to look into them more.
